Villa Policies
The price includes: VAT, tourist tax, final cleaning, welcome basket and all listed on the page.
Payment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy: The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Deposit: 1.000 € refundable damage deposit is required.
Check In: 4.00 PM
Check Out: 10.00 AM
Arrival days: Saturday (different arrival days on request only, for more than 7 days).
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Short stay (less than 7 days): on request only, not available April-October.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: No smoking inside villa.
Youth groups: Not available.
Pool: Heated pool, included in price from May to October; November – April – Energy fee – 250€ for 7 days.
