HOW TO BOOK DIRECT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book directly you are in direct contact with us, with no intermediary, and we can give you 10% discount for stay in our Villa!
We have a 7-night minimum stay, arrival and departures on Saturdays.
Short stay (less than 7 days) - on request only, not available April-October.
We require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. Full payment for your stay is due 60 days before check-in.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 16h.
Earlier check in is not possible, because usually we have guests departing on the same day, and our team needs time to prepare the house for you.
Of course if you arrive earlier, you can leave luggage at the property, and come back at regular check in.
No. Our house manager will meet you on arrival, and give you short tour of the house.
Check-in is at 10h.
LOCATION AND HOW TO ARRIVE
By Car.
The best way to get to us is by car. Since Juršici is small village you need a car to get around.

By plane
We are 15kn areal , and 22 km road distance by car from Pula airport, approximately 25 min drive.
If you are arriving by plane we recommend to take a car rental so you can get around, since Juršići is small peaceful village, and Istria have great places to see and visit, and the best way is by car..
We can help you with organization airport transfer.
You can contact us, and we'll arrange it for you with car company, or you can contact them directly.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Nearest supermarkets (Plodine, Konzum) are in Vodljan 9 km away, or 12 min ride.
If you'll have any maintenance issue please call our house manager. We'll give you his contact with reservation details.
We have a crib, with mattress and bed linen for it, and also a highchair for toddlers.
Please let us know when you make a reservation if you will need a crib or high chair so we can prepare them for you.
Upon request we can connect you with agencies that arrange trips and tours that we work with.
Pool heating is available upon request at time of booking and is included in the rental price*.
*The pool can only be heated from May through to October and only heats the pool by an additional 5 degrees (approximately).
*From November to April there is an extra energy fee for pool heating of 250€/week.
Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
We are Pet friendly, dogs are allowed!
There are some house roules regarding pets:
- There can be max 2 small dogs
- Pet fee is 20€/dog/day
- Pets must be announced upon reservation. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed, the owner has in this case the right to cancel reservation
- The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and have to clean the excrements left inside and outside
We do not allow parties.
